Hi I have been playing harmonica for 20 years plus, My love for music started when I was 8 years old and I use to lay in bed listening to Buddy Holly.
I have been playing around the music scene for quite a few years,i also have been involved with the Launceston Blues Club for many years not only as a member but as President of the club together with the committee we have put together some awsome festivals,which has given me the oppurtunity to play with some of australia's best musicians.

Well lets talk about the SOFA KINGS how did we come about well i was having a New Year Eve party so it was well lets invite heaps of musos and members of the Blues Club + Friends so we could have a great ola jam nothing structured just fun.With the lead up to the party i met Martyn Gault ex Tall Trees Bass Player so i said come along and martyn hadn't played fort awhile so he said yeah sure,then there is doug perkett the drummer well doug is up for anything so yep he's coming,then Nigel Badcock our front man Guitarist ,nige has been playing for years with a guy called Kevin House as a duo so we he yep well as the night went on we played together along with other jammers but we just clicked so i said we have to do something here hence the Sofa Kings. And now are up and playing absolutely loving it.
